  Iron Patriot/War Machine/Rhodey

  Thor: The Dark World had an Avengers cameo in the movie (I won't spoil it for those who have not seen it yet.) So with the upcoming Winter Soldier movie, I'm curious who do you think will make a cameo appearance? I'm not looking for Coulsen or Maria Hill, but actual Avengers (or possible crowbarred Avengers).
  
  I have this feeling Rhodey will cameo. What do you think?

  Hopefully they'll shove another Marvel character into the movie in the most awkward, hamfisted, pandering, narrative-interrupting way possible.

  Hawkeye is the logical choice here for me. The link with Black Widow makes him an obvious choice for me.
  
  Although I hope we get another Bruce Banner cameo.

  Hawkeye, of course, would be the most obvious fit, as he appeared in the comic run and has the historical ties to Black Widow. But since this is the movie continuity, that changes things.
  
  Personally, I’d like to see Shang-Chi, either as an operative of the Chinese government or the British government, where he’d be their equivalent of Black Widow. Seeing as how well these movies are doing in China, it would make sense from a marketing perspective too.

  You're right. I just looked at the timeline of movies. Before Avengers 2, its just Winter Soldier & GotG, so this would save time in Avengers 2.

  Hawkeye. I hope. No better time or place for it and I feel like the character has been pretty short changed thus far. By all appearances he doesn't have a part in this movie and that stinks and makes no sense. Be really annoyed if he isn't given at least a cameo.

  Yes, good point. That "short-changed" character had all kinds of screen time in the biggest movie ever, but what will really break him out is a small cameo in Cap 2.
