Early Onset Senility or was 'Superior Iron-Man' Actually Good?

So I stopped by my LCS and, though nothing was in my file, I browsed a bit. Ended up picking up a second printing of 'Thor' #1 (femme Thor), 'Spider-Verse' #1 and 'Superior Iron-Man' #1. (and a short box for those who desire a complete and accurate retelling of events)
But I got home and read 'Superior Iron-Man'. I've gotta tell ya, I rolled my eyes at this nonsense when it showed up in PREVIEWS. ZERO interest. But as I had nothing in my file, I picked it up, read the first two or three pages and decided to give it a shot. Why not right?
Pretty darn good. I'm not sure if I just like douchebag Tony or if I HATE douchebag Tony so much that I like seeing the downward spiral.
