Yep. I think the Green Mile role is getting most of the buzz since it was Oscar nominated. First thing I thought was Kingpin.

Wow. I don't think I've been this shocked by an actor's passing since John Ritter and Chris Farley before him.

He looked like a bad mutha..., but the stuff I saw in interviews, read, & heard about made it seem like he was a great person to be around.

Yeah, this is a bummer. you'd think a bodybuilder would be a pretty fit dude but i guess it takes a strain on the heart. poor guy. gone too soon.

This is a great sad loss. Michael did work with some charities in the late '90's that dealt with needs for premature babies, stillbirth and SIDS research, counseling and related work and that's where my wife and I really learned about him. We have lost of the brightest souls this planet has ever known. Rest in peace Michael.

He did some voices on Family Guy, too, including one of my favorite jokes from the whole series. Stewie's railing on about how something can't be ignored:

"Well, Jim Henson thought he could ignore it. And you know what we got out of that? Funny sounding Muppets!"

Quick cut to Muppets with entirely wrong voices, and MCD is the voice of Fozzie: "Who wants to hear a funny f---ing joke?"
