Does anyone know what this action figure piece goes to??

It says 2003 Marvel. Looks like it belongs to 5" series. You can move the safety cone and the traffic light spins around the pole. I can't find anything online

Yeah, that is a streetlight that goes with a Spider-Man figure. It is from the second Spider-Man film, I think. Spidey hangs on the traffic light (from that little hangdown part on the light) and he spins around or flips or something.
