Help with a new comic fan

Hi my friends son just got into reading comics and asked me for some recomendations as to what to read. I've given him the dark knight returns,sandman,watchmen,sin city,blacksad,all-star superman and the walking dead and he devoured them and he's asking what he should read next.Any help ?

Bone,Life and times of Scrooge McDuck,depending on the age of the kid Preacher might be a good choice,The Tick and even though most geeks seem to hate it Dark Knight Strikes Back.

Green Lantern Rebirth, Atomic Robo (any volume will do but it's fun to start from the beginning) Batman: The Cult, Spider-Man: Kraven's Last Hunt, Grant Morrison's run on the JLA, The Mark Waid Flash run, The George Perez Wonder Woman run.

Bone, Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck and Fables are all good choices. I'd add Grandville, 52, Grant Morrison's run on the New X-Men and JLA, James Robinson's Starman, Alan Moore's Watchmen, V and Top Ten, and Stan Sakai's Usagi Yojimbo.

If he shows any interest in either the golden or silver ages, there's a lot of fairly inexpensive Essential and Showcase Presents volumes he might find interesting.

Justice League: Origin, Batman Court of Owls, Batman: Hush Daredevil: Guardian Devil., Civil War, Green Lantern Rebirth, Green Lantern Secret Origins, Invincible, Ultimate Spider-man.

These are all books that I have given to my friends to get them into comics. If he digs super hero stories, these are pretty top notch

Being 17 I wouldn't be surprised if he hadn't read Harry Potter, so I suggest The Unwritten.
