Marvel Animation Studios will be producing their very first DVD animated film, Iron Man & Hulk: Heroes United.

Marvel Entertainment and Sony Pictures Entertainment Japan are teaming up to produce the DVD anime film, Iron Man: Rise of Technovore. Written by Brandon Auman (Avengers: EMH) and directed by Hiroshi Hamasaki (Shigurui), the film sees Tony Stark on the run from SHIELD after being framed for a terrorist attack orchestrated by Ezekiel Stane.

The film will feature appearances by Nick Fury, War Machine, Black Widow, Hawkeye and The Punisher. It's scheduled for a Spring 2013 release.

Not to be negative but that Iron Man/HULK movie looks like a video game cutscene. Pretty poor, imho.

Semi interested in both shows. But I know I will do like I do with the current Avengers cartoon. I want to watch it but keep forgetting when it airs and what channel it airs on. So I just wait on the DVDs.

Heh, that's one tangled web of continuity in that Hulk image. It will be interesting to see how they streamline it.
