For a comic book retailer in the Tri-State area, the NY Con can be a source of dread, as one's store may not even attract crickets for that weekend (heck, I'm going to the con on Friday). Hence, I decided the best way to combat the potential drought is to do what WildPig does best: run a sale! We've restocked since our grand reopening, so there's plenty of trades, bargain comics and trades, and other goodies to explore. Plus, if you've always wanted to check out our store but don't live in the area, now is your opportunity if you plan on visiting the NY con. Yup, we're only about a half hour from the city! Here's the sale skinny:
WHEN: Wed., Oct. 10th, noon to 8 PM, Sat., Oct. 13th, 11 AM-6 PM, and Sun., Oct. 14th, noon to 5 PM

-All bargain comics 25 cents each (tens of thousands in stock)
-40% off all trades/graphic novels
-50% off all Marvel Omnibuses and DC Absolute Editions
-50% off all comic and comic-related magazines
-Hundreds of bargain trades (most priced at $5)
Per tradition, CGS listeners who identify themselves at checkout receive an additional $5 off their purchase!
