Comics and Theater- Your Help With a Superhero/Supervillain Themed Survey

There is a theater company I have been doing some work with who have an upcoming production of a superhero themed play called Hearts Like Fists.
They have a fundraiser coming up that is a game show in the style of Family Feud. The categories are superhero and supervillain related, and they have been trying to get as many people as possible to fill out the survey to get a large sample of answers. I figured the folks around here, if you had two minutes, could help out and drop some knowledge and opinion. Thanks in advance.

though I now have surveyors remorse and wish i'd said Conroy
