I really loved the BSG redo so much. Could this be as good? Hope others weigh in that know more about this series. This is a series about Young Adama (Young Edward James Olmos' character)?

Later on that year, after Caprica's cancellation, it was upgraded to a 2-hour pilot for a potential series to air on Syfy. Filming on the pilot wrapped around February 2011.
By August 2011, we started hearing rumors that the pilot might not air on Syfy and that it could be downgraded to the original webseries format. In March of this year, we finally learned the show would not be going forward at Syfy, but the pilot would air at some point.
Earlier this week, we got the news that the project would finally air on Machinima as a webseries starting Friday, followed by the full 2-hour version on Syfy next year and then an unrated home video release.
