    I'd incorporate & fund my brand all over the world. I'd look for other "Matts" in other nations, uniting us all.

    Actually, the FIRST thing I'd do is go out of my way not to let anyone know I won. I'm not one for the limelight, so there's no reason to change now.

    Second, I'd pay off debts; my wife's, family, & mine.

    Bank & stash 85% of it.

    Anonymously donate to a couple causing I believe in.

    Buy a couple luxury items, then live my life just as it is now (same job, house, car, etc), but live nicely knowing I don't have to worry about money anymore.
