After all the fuss I read it, this was a big deal cause in England 35year old blokes don't read comics for little girls!

Verdict... well after seeing the Blues Brothers, "Why Apes Rule", OJ, Twilight Zone, "Incident at Santa Mala", Clobbering time, Shaun of The Dead, Dalton's important lesson, and Ron Burgundy references Im in for the next one! Im sure I have missed stuff, so feel free to add what I have missed. Love stuff that works on so many levels!

It was awesome for the very reason Big Daddy Summers states - enough references for adults to enjoy that the kids might not get and Pinkie Pie for the kiddies. Truly an All Ages book that can be enjoyed by all ages. I'm in for the long haul on this one (avatar aside).

My wife heard about it and wanted me to pick up a copy for a co-worker, and I can't buy a comic book and not read it, even if it's for someone else, and I have to say I thought it was pretty good. Liked the art, liked all the Easter eggs (and am convinced I didn't find even close to everything), and the story balanced humor and adventure really well. I definitely got a good feeling for who the characters were even though I've never seen the show (Katie could've been a little more liberal with including character names in the dialog, though... took me a while to pick up on everyone's names, and I don't know that I could name all of the main characters even after having read it).

Not something I'm likely to read on a regular basis, but yeah, this is an amazing example of how "all ages" comics should be handled.
