Other then my usual haul, not a lot grabs my attention this month.
Akthough i will mention that I'll continue to try JLA and Vibe #2's. I'll defiantly finish off the RotWorld crossover. Sad to see Snyder and Paquet leave Swamp Thing. And I'll be picking up a couple trades in Aquaman and Frankenstein vol2's.
To be honest, I don't see a single thing on the list that I feel the least bit excited about.
I'm dropping DC Universe Presents since that seems to be turning into a Teen Titans showcase, and I can't stand the current incarnation of the Titans. In its place, I'm getting the new Constantine; I haven't picked up Hellblazer in years, so I thought I'd try the new incarnation, seeing as how I'm already reading him in Justice League Dark, and see how it goes.
I think I might be dropping off of some of my DC books. Nothing really grabs me to read it this month, even Batman which is really suprising. I thought the relaunch was good at first but now, I really don't know. Marvel and Image just seem to be putting out more interesting stories with more top tier creators. Maybe marvel just can write better solicitations, but DC is really starting to lose me as a reader.
The green arrow book looks like its turning to the success of the show. The batman discription really makes me not want to pick up the book even though Snyder is one if my favorite writers. I wish Wonder Woman would stick with the New Gods. I don't think I'll be picking up the new JLA title.
The trade collecting the Secret Origins annuals looks interesting, but I'd have to check and make sure I didn't already have all those stories reprinted countless other places. And Time Warp will probably earn a look on the stands. But other than that, nothing grabbed me.
Oh, but if you haven't read it before, scoop up the new edition of the Superman: Secret Identity trade. Might just be my second favorite Superman story ever (after All Star).
I'd like to get Guardians of the Galaxy and Age of Ultron. I'm not getting drawn it to Marvels multiple shipping and $3.99 books though. So I'll wait and get them in trade.
Buddy Cops from Dark Horse looks like a cool one shot.
So I guess "Rise of the Third Army" was only a prelude to another GL event about the First Lantern. Considering I read all of the GL book except for Red Lanterns, I don't mind. I might try the Constantine book.
I'll be getting the John Byrne Fantastic Four artist edition. It will be my first artist edition. Everything else looks like will be my normal rotation.
