Nice to see Frazer Irving getting some love. Like Fiona Staples, Frazer also works completely digitally. In fact, when Fiona was just starting out digitally coloring, she got a lot of tips from Frazer, who was living in Canada at the time. They even collaborated on a Button Man story for 2000 AD, with Fiona coloring over Frazer’s digital drawings. Frazer used her as a model for the lead character in that story too.

Very telling the lack of DC nominations. I think it really reflects how alot of "veteran" DC fans are not feeling the whole new 52 world. I just finished reading the Action Comis/ Lex Luthor Black Ring trades from DC, and problems be damned, the whole pre-Flashpoint DC was a rich world with such a great history and awesome backstory. To think, that all that is closed to new stories is really sad. I envy Murd. He has 8 or 9 years of comics until he runs out of the old DC.
