The significance of the date and his presence in a cell in Arkham City makes me think Calendar Man might show up.

That's the one I thought of, too. It might be too deep of a pull, or too dated, but that character was badass back in the day, and it would be wild to see him in the game.

Looking at that dc wiki, not only KGBeast but also his protege the NKVDemon. A brainwashed Bronze Tiger could be interesting, Cheshire surely, and how about the Reaper from Year 2?

I haven't looked at the entry, but a couple that come to mind (in 1 way or another):

King Snake
Bane (granted not an actual assassin, but whose to say he won't be portrait as such)

Cain makes a ton of sense. Same with King Snake. (He was in that Tim Drake mini-series, right?) Bane makes a lot of sense.

I had to go to Wikipedia to remember who he was. I like the original's origin a whole lot. He'd be pretty cool.
