I didn't have a problem with it-- how far along in the process did you get, and what went wrong? I had signed up for my email, got my email, picked my issues and submitted them, and then in less than an hour, I think, got the confirmation that what I picked is now in my library.
It was very simple once they sent you the email. Like David D said it took about an hour and now they are sitting in my Purchase file waiting to be downloaded.
Mine went through pretty easily. Haven't had the chance to go in and download any of the 45 or so books I picked out, but still, it went pretty smoothly.
