Yeah, I caught an ad for it on the local PBS station over the weekend and have set my TV timer accordingly. So much for Revolution this week.

To be honest, I was disappointed with it. Seeing clips of Lynda Carter was the highlight for me.

It was not bad, just not what I thought it was going to be. I was thinking more Wonder Woman + comic book history, less girl power. It was still good though.

I thought it was interesting for exactly what it was -- less of a history of the comics and more of a study on how the comics (and, specifically, the portrayal of heroines in comics) affected society in general and women in particular.

It's also interesting to reflect on when checking out the images in the "Justice Magazine" thread.
