So, it was announced this weekend that X=Factor is cancelled and Peter David put up a great video talking about it. He says he has another project AND in the latest issue of the comic, they say that he's been at the Marvel offices lately talking about future plans for the book, so...
If it isn't a "start it over" sort of thing, It's been a great run. Almost 10 years of the story of Maddrox and the rest, and while a lot of Big Themes have tended to get lost, PAD is one of the few writers who was able to transition from Bronze Age writing to modern writing. He has kept the long term plotting and bubbling subplots while doing a great job of making each story arc work on their own. It's been almost a nostalgia title for me, and I'll be sad to see it go.
