I Need to Pick a Lawyers Brain

Here's the setup. I'm part of the local Cultural Council. There's a community festival coming up and the Cultural Council wants to display the work of local artists. I need a waiver that will exempt the Cultural Council from any/all liability. Does anyone know of a free form that can be downloaded?
When you Google free legal forms, hundreds of websites appear. I don't have time to dig through that mess. I have to get this done this weekend and need the help to get it done.

Normally, I charge $25,000 for a job like this, but it'll be $100,000 because I have an attorney friend. I need the extra cash to cover my tracks since we're connected.

Legal Zoom was actually where my buddy recommended. It'll probably cost a couple bucks, though.
