It's great- it is basically a riff on Man Bites Dog but with Venom. Really fun, dark tone and I like the doc style, and the way you get the sense that Brock really wants to be famous. Kwanten is excellent casting, as well.

Also, just like the current Spider-Man movies, they only pretended to be in New York City! ;)
