JSA Binding Order

So! I've been going back and rereading some Robinson/Johns JSA TPBs and decided it was time to get the floppies and bind my own collection.

Does anyone have a complete reading order? Including the Secret Files and crossover issues (I know Hawkman crosses over at some point)?
