I guess after the Walking Dead, the relative success of Arrow last year and the numbers from the Agents of SHIELD premiere has the networks scrambling to pick up comic properties left and right for TV. I have little faith in the Flash or Gotham and Constantine will probably end up a Grimm clone.
Though to be fair, I haven't seen a comic adaptation for TV that I've particularly liked. I only watch WD out of boredom.
I wonder if they will let the character be English this time (unlike the film). Regardless, I would guess it will be set in America. (And shot in Canada).
Assuming all these shows come to fruition, DC/Warner Bros. will have programs on at least three different networks (WB, FOX, and NBC). I wonder if there's some sort of clause that will prevent these shows from airing during the same time slot.
Not just English, but here's hoping that actually portray him with a scouse accent too! So much of his vernacular is in that style in the comics (lots of using 'me' instead of 'my' for example), so I'd love to see him use it on screen.

I can't imagine any network seeking to split a potential audience by using these shows to compete against each other. I mean, it is possible, but I would be very surprised.

I'd like for this to be good but have doubts.
