It would have a different value than the actual #1; this was an edition printed specifically for Free Comic Book Day. You'd have to look it up, likely through a current Overstreet Price Guide to find the actual value, but I'd expect, as a general rule, it would be worth less than the real #1. It would have had to have had some special addition to give it any collectible value, such as a special cover or additional story not featured in the regular series #1.

While the OPG might give you an estimated value, goods are only worth as much as someone is willing to pay (so says grandpappy). ;)
When I was shopping around for another copy of Tiny Titans #1 a few years back, the FCBD issue more often had the higher asking price. We had the FCBD version already, I can't remember if that came out before the actual #1 or not and wondered if that played into it.
The FCBD Adventure Time #1 reprints one story from each of the first three issues of the ongoing series—all of which appeared before the FCBD story was released. It’s also a flip-book with material from the Peanuts series filling the other half.
As all of the stories have been reprinted multiple times in multiple formats, I wouldn’t think it would have much value. I guess it would depend on the size of the print run, which given the fact it was a giveaway is probably a fairly high number, but you never know.
If you’re looking at it as an investment, I’d look elsewhere. If you just want to enjoy some Adventure Time stories, go ahead and buy the trade paperback collection(s). You won’t be disappointed.

but if it's a reprint then yes that would be a lower value
plus at some point it was free
