Comic/Podcast Business Card Legal Question [HELP]

Hey guys, I've got a sort of "legal" question.

I'm coming up on a convention in Novemeber where I go annually for a podcast I co-host and get interviews. For the background image, I'm using the "album art" I created for my own personal spin-off show.

The "album art" I've created is a collection of various images all thrown together in photoshop.

I'm going to be printing up business cards pretty soon for this show and, in the background, I wanted to use a faded image of my "album art" for my spin-off.

My question, does it infringe on any copyright? Or, even if it does, could I get in trouble for using it? I'm obviously not charging for the card. Nor am I representing the work as my own since the spin-off is based on reviews of the specific material in the image.

Just wanted to make sure. Particularly given that I might give this card to Neal Adams or Denny O'Neil...lol

(Here's the Image that will be faded in the background)

Technically, yes, you would be in violation of copyright and trademark law by using someone else’s property in order to promote something you are involved in whether you make any money from it or not. However, I seriously doubt you’ll get any grief over this.
