Movie News: About Time

I just returned from an advanced screening of Richard Curtis's (Love Actually) latest offering, About Time. I gotta say About Time is a strong contender for my favorite film of the year. Every once in a blue moon Hollywood gives us a romantic comedy that's a cut above the rest, and this one such time. The laughs to be had are genuinely funny (often lough-out-loud so), and the way the film casts love and relationships in such a positive light was an amazing breath of fresh air. It didn't hurt that the added sci-fi element was appealed to my inner-geek. I can't recommend this film enough.
I think it opens in the U.S. on November 1st.
