Oh yeah! I had heard that. I like Paul Rudd in stupid comedies like I Love You Man and Role Models but I have a hard time seeing him as Hank Pym.

He's probably a lot taller than Tom Cruise or Brad Pitt. But I agree with @batlaw... Cumberbatch would be a great fit.

For a while, JGL was being pursued by Disney/Marvel to be Dr. Strange. I couldn't really see him in that role (I think Jon Hamm would crush it!) and I can't really see JGL as Sandman, either.
