I'm jazzed for Expendables 3 after seeing the first two (I'm hoping this movie is more like 2 then the 1st one)
http://youtu.be/OuXkXJ1fPukI was wondering if they ever did an ExpendaBELLs, who would be in it? They've been using some older action stars mixed with a newer generation. I was thinking:
Sigourney Weaver
Linda Hamilton
Pam Grier
Jessica Biel
Who else would make the movie?

Comments
Eliza Dushku
Gina Torres
Gina Carano
Jennifer Garner(-Affleck?)
Scarlett Johansson
And I don't know why, but I really think it would be fun to see Whoopi in there too (the impetus for the above picture).
:-??
Michelle Yeoh
Famke Jenssen
Zoe Saldana
Milla Jojovich
Sharon Stone and Michelle Rodriguez as the villains (as long as they don't head up a cosmetics corp...)
Dina Meyer from Johnny Mnemonic and Starship Troopers
Uma Thurman - gotta have the Bride
Kate Beckensale - representing the latex wearing vampire set
Carrie Anne Moss - Matrix
Maria Conchita Alonso (Running Man and Predator 2)
Geena Davis could make the list for Long Kiss Goodnight, but might have to step back to make amends for Cutthroat Island
Sigourney Weaver and Linda Hamilton for sure.
How about Lucy Lawless?
Gina Torres for sure.
How about cameos for Lindsay Wagner and Pam Grier?
And of course Michelle Yeoh!! She is a must along with Weaver and Hamilton
And to disagree with Matt's initial comment I prefer 1 to 2 by far. 2's excess was headache inducing. That Norris stuff was horrible.
Anyway, I think Lena was a better Sarah Connor than Linda Hamilton.

I passed on it. That pretty sums my expectations and interest in this film.
I saw the first two, both on DVD. The first one was watchable, but the second one was pure drivel that expected the novelty of an over-the-top cast to sustain it. I suspect I'll eventually see the third, the same manner in which I saw the first two.
The other comment (which I agree with) is the movie was watered down for a PG-13 release. The article noted the average viewer is 25 & older. Kids aren't seeing this movie anyway.
I highly agree with point #2. I think too many movies that should be R-rated are now PG-13 for a wider audience. Now, I understand what was R 15 years ago could very well be PG13 level today. Truthfully, I rarely even notice a movie's rating until I watch the unrated version on DVD. THEN I normally think "why weren't these scenes or lines in the movie to begin with?!"
