When do Comic-Con Internation tickets go on sale?

Might actually get to take trip out to Sandy Eggo this summer (first time!) and was wondering if anyone knew when tickets go on sale.

I know it's usually earlier than this and that whatever new system they're implementing caused them to push the on-sale date back, but I haven't heard anything as to when that might actually be.

http://aggressivecomix.com/?p=18519 No dates in this article but a link to go an pre-register yourself. Just yesterday they did professional badges and guest passes (every pro can bring one guest for free) were gone within five minutes. It never seems to get any easier for people, sadly.

Sigh. I still remember when you could walk up to the door and buy tickets. 2011 was my last and I can't say that I miss the headache of getting tickets and a hotel room.

Thanks for the link, @Torchsong. I don't qualify for pre-reg, but at least I was able to set up my Member ID so I'm not scrambling to do that at the last minute.

I don't watch Big Bang Theory but my parents do. My dad called me and told me they were all at their laptops trying to get tickets to Comic-Con. I turned it on and said, "been there, done that," as they kept saying how the days were selling out. It took about five minutes in the show for it to sell out, which is pretty much how it really goes.
