Monday, I had the pleasure of spending a couple hours roaming midtown NYC with @David_D.
It is an odd experience hanging out with someone I know so well, and yet had never met.
I have been able to have this odd experience several times over the last few years thanks to the community that has arisen on these forums.
It seems like I could visit any part of this country, heck most of the English-speaking world, and there'd be a friend from the CGS forums to hang out with.
