With the success of The Sound of Music live tv broadcast last year, NBC is planning to stage another live musical this holiday season: Peter Pan. Oscar-winner Christopher Walken will play the evil pirate Captain Hook! Well, he's already faced off against Batman and James Bond is another notch on his villain belt.

SNL should be able to mine this situation for some excellent Walken-related skits this fall. And for that matter, SNL will probably have Walken as host once again. So this is awesome news.
