It looks amusing. I can't help but feel an Astro Boy vibe. I showed the trailer to my 9yo son and he laughed throughout and said he wanted to see it. The big boys will have GotG, the kiddos get Big Hero 6. Works for me.
Fair enough. I have a teen daughter who loved Frozen but this is just "meh" to her. I hope t does well, but as @fredzilla suggests, I'm probably not the intended audience.
Thought the initial tease was quite interesting and amusing and had excited. This longer proper trailer was cute but didn't really excite. I think just wasnt a well done trailer.

I haven't seen GotG yet because I can't find the time with my wife to go. That said, we may go see this. This may be a kid's GotG.
I saw an advance screening of the film tonight. The visuals were downright gorgeous! It's definitely one of those rare movies worth seeing in 3D. Though it hasn't really been marketed as a Marvel movie, it very much is one. And like any many Marvel movies, you'll want to stick around past the credits. If you enjoyed The Incredibles, there's a real good chance you'll enjoy Big Hero 6 as well. I saw this movie with 2 comic book shop employees, and the family of one of the employees (i.e. his wife and three kids). We all loved it.
Errol proposed In Like Me as a possible title to his autobiography but the publisher poo pooed the idea. Apparently, the naughty sexual connotation was more than they wanted to deal with.
as for Big Hero 6. I'm planning on seeing it in the theatre. Looks like fun. My wife is super excited about it too.
Family saw it and loved it. Great short at the beginning. It's a Marvel movie so be sure to stick around for the post credits scene for a little surprise!
Great family movie! They loved it and fell in love with the characters and even got caught up in the emotionality of it. They already have their favorites and want more! Haha.

I'll take my kids, absolutely. We all loved Wreck-It Ralph, and if this is by the same team, it should be great.
I find it an odd choice for Marvel/Disney, but I also said that about Guardians of the Galaxy, and that looks to be HUGE, so what do I know.
And luckily for me, I have every comic appearance of Big Hero 6 to date (they were even name dropped in the latest issue of "All New" Invaders).
Looking forward to this one!

The phrase is "In like Flynn".
It refers to Errol Flynn's** notoriety as a ladies' man.
* If I can't make a nerdy aside on a comic book forum, where can i?
** Any of y'all who say "Who's Errol Flynn?" can get the flin off my lawn.
A little Disney / Marvel dust-up
