Infinity Man And The Forever People

Well... just wrapped up the last DC comic on my pull list.
Can't say I'm sad to see it go. If I didn't know it was ending, I would have cancelled it a couple of months ago. The previous few filler issues weren't very good, and I would have preferred if the title had skipped those and had more like this final issue.
To say the series ends... "abruptly" is an understatement.

Now that Infinity Man And The Forever People is finished, Marvel should approach Keith Giffen about relaunching The Eternals in this pseudo Kirby art-style. Paired with the correct writer, it would be killer.

Might have to replace this with Giffen's upcoming Justice League 3001. Unfortunately, as the less than occasional DC buyer, I'm lost in the Nu52.

I's OK. So are most of the creators involved.

I'll buy another Infinity Man series without pseudo Kirby art.

I agree (but I really do dig Giffen's Kirby homage style). Although this recent incarnation of the Forever people wasn't all that great, I find the New Gods to be one of the most compelling elements of the DC Universe.

That... and an opportunity for more Big Barda (and Mr. Miracle) is always welcome.

As long as you read Justice League 3000 before starting 3001, you should be fine. I know next to nothing about the New 52 but bought issue #3 when I saw the creative team because I love Giffen and DeMatteis. I've been able to follow it fine ever since and love it.
