Battleworld: Master of Kung Fu (SPOILERS)

Here's a discussion for us to talk about the Master of Kung Fu Secret Wars tie-in mini, the first issue of which was awesome. I love the interpretations of everybody in K'un Lun, and I'm always down with the "martial arts tournament for supremacy" bit. My favorite part of Immortal Iron Fist was the mystic stuff, and Master of Kung Fu turns that up to 11. I could go on about every little thing I thought was great about this issue, so let's suffice it to say I liked pretty much everything about it.
There are few things, though, that maybe my fellow posters can help me figure out. I had trouble identifying some people:
1. The dark-haired woman with Razorfist. She doesn't match any Daredevil foe I can think of. Is she a version of one of the Living Weapons?
2. The one-armed boy with Callisto. Any guesses?
3. Laughing Skull. I get the feeling his powers are unrelated to his 616 counterpart, unless for some reason Blackman has seen fit to put Equinox in this series.
