Happy anniversary to Reed & Sue Richards who were married in the Fantastic Four annual #3 which was published in October of 1965 in the story "Bedlam at the Baxter Building!" written by Stan Lee and penciled by Jack Kirby.
However, Metropolis, Illinois hosts their annual Superman Celebration this weekend, starting today, and have proclaimed June 12 as Superman Day.
I think June must have been a little light, and someone randomly assigned Superman Day as June 11.
June 13 is the date that the Green Goblin released video of his battle with Spider-Man that resulted in the death of Gwen Stacy
