Although it doesn't have a "holiday cover" (and thus is not included in the above list), mine is "Have Yourself A Sandman Little Christmas" from Marvel Team-Up #1 (1972).
Great thread! You guys may have missed all the ones we were posting before Christmas right here on the CGS forums. A Comic Cover A Day (is awesome) thread is a daily 'must read' for CGS comic art fans.
One of my favorite Christmas themed covers, which I didn't post this year, is Batman ( with Robin the Teen Wonder) #239 from February 1972 with a great cover by Neal Adams.
Those "Christmas with the Super Heroes" specials from DC in the late 80s are favorites of mine. But my all-time favorite is this:
Mike Ploog adapting L. Frank Baum. It's wonderful.

Being a fan of Abadazad I'm shocked I never heard of this before. Merry Christmas to me. Thanks for posting this, @ChrisBeckett.
To add my own favorite holiday comic to the list, I have to go with Sensational Spider-Man (Vol. 1) #24. Billy Walters was always one of my favorite members of Spidey's supporting cast. It was nice to see him get a decent story.

My personal fave is a relatively recent one ... Avengers Annual #1 from 2014.
Nice heart-warming story.
