I think I'll jump on that X-tinction Agenda trade. That's right around when I started getting into comics and the X-Men.

Two months ago, I had one of my biggest orders. This month will be one of the smallest:

Green Arrow vol 6 (Mike Grell)
The Flash by Mark Waid vol 1
Epic Collection Capt America vol 2

I am on the fence about the Supergirl collections. 3 volumes of the 2005-11 series and one volume of the tv show related series. That is a lot to drop for one month.

Thanks for doing this every month @bralinator it's a massive help.

I love a bit of Moritat art and the fact Swampy will be playing a part sells me on The Hellblazer. That and DCs Legends of Tomorrow (Great bang for your buck!) are it for DC.

Glad to see Saga back in the solicits.

Mike Norton jumping on a new arc for A&A is always good. Picking up 90% of what Valiant are putting out at the moment, also interested in finding out more about Warmonger as part of 4001AD too.

Thinking I'll probably drop The Mighty Thor, leaving only Doctor Strange left on my Marvel pull list.

    Happy to help.

I send in selected clips for various items that pique my interest every month for another podcast, so I wind up gathering these as they get published.

As for my interests this month, at first glance, I am intrigued by these new items: The Animosity #1 (Aftershock), Jim Henson’s Labyrinth: 30th Anniversary #1 (BOOM!), The Fifth Beatle: The Brian Epstein Story Expanded Edition tpb (Dark Horse) - bought the HC for my brother a year or so ago and he gushed over it. Thought I might grab the tpb for myself. Also from Dark Horse I am looking at the Moebius Library: The World of Edena HC, as well as Superman: American Alien HC (DC), Lake of Fire #1 (Image), The Fix tpb (Image), and Generation Zero #1 (Valiant).

I am getting some other ongoings, but truthfully I am getting almost NOTHING from Marvel these days - and that wasn't the case a year ago. I think Secret Wars really sucked it out of me - and I liked SW a lot. But I used it as a jumping-off point after getting tired of the higher prices and the re-numberings once or twice a year. I still like Doctor Strange, and Black Widow (which I pick up at my LCS), but I may need a break from Marvel for a bit. And I'm still a bit gun shy with DC, but I'm dipping my toe in with some "Rebirth" titles and trade-waiting on several stories (for both publishers). In the meantime, Marvel still gets plenty of my cash from the occasional omnibus and epic collection.

I think it's an ebb and flow for me with the major publishers. I used to blow right by Dark Horse, but with these titles, along with trying out Conan the Slayer, Black Hammer, and a few other titles lately, I've been enjoying their output along with some Image and back-of-the-book publishers.

Adventure Time: President Bubblegum OGN — For my daughter, but I get a kick out of them too.
Goldie Vance vol. 1 tp — The first issue was fun, so I might get this.
Bandette vol. 3 hc — Still loving this series.
Lady Killer 2 #1 — The first miniseries was pretty cool, so I'll continue on.
Black Dog: The Dreams of Paul Nash OGN — Not entirely sure about this one, as it's a little pricey, but it's Dave McKean. I’ll probably wait until it comes out and see what people think of it.
March Book 3 — This has been a fantastic series. Looking forward to this finale.
The Black Monday Murders #1 — This looks to be fascinating from a design perspective, and it's Hickman, so the story will be interesting too.
Kill or Be Killed #1 — The premise doesn't thrill me, but these guys rarely let me down.
Lake of Fire #1 — Again, not sure about the premise, but the preview pages looked promising, I'll give it an issue or two.

And I may pick up the first issues of Batgirl and Birds of Prey off the rack. They're both monthlies instead of twice-monthlies, so I’m willing to give them a chance if I have the available funds.

There are a few other things that are worth checking out, but they're things I have in older editions or other formats. The Fifth Beatle, for one, is really good, but I have the hardcover and don't need the extra eight pages.

Anyone eye-balling that Chris Samnee Daredevil Artist Edition from IDW?

Can’t afford it. I'll just have to settle for his Tumblr feed and the hi-res scans he sent me for the Draw! magazine interview I did with him.

Do you do anything with those scans after publication?

They're sitting in my hard drive waiting for the day I can do the Modern Masters book on Chris.
