Once Upon a Time The Superheroes (2002 Documentary)

While roaming youtube I happened across a nice documentary on comics history I'd never seen before. Does anyone know if this was ever on DVD? I can only find it on ebay in the UK. Also, I've also wanted to see Chip Cronkite's (Walter's son) doc on The Legends of the Comic Books but never found it. DId anyone ever see that one?
