Last year, the original
Batman series stars Adam West and Burt Ward confirmed they were voicing the dynamic duo in an all-new animated film featuring the voices of West, Ward, along with Julie Newmar. The film sees the dynamic duo going up against classic villains like
The Joker,
The Riddler,
The Penguin and
Catwoman, both in Gotham City… and in space (?).

I won't be able to resist it, but I'm pretty sure it won't be very "good" and I doubt I'll ever watch it more than once and may even be tough for me to do that. West does sound old and ward sounds surprisingly good.
I am glad this is getting made. They get to return (At least in voice) to their iconic roles one more time and probably get a decent pay check out of it.
This is a buy for me.
West sounds very old and slightly drunk. At 88 years old, I should be so lucky to still sound as good, though.
Ward, in contrast, sounds like he stepped right out of 1967.
As a longtime fan, I can't wait for this.

What are the odds the dynamic duo is going to appear in costume?
Then I realised that Adam West is now older than Ernest Borgnine was when he first parodied the idea of an octogenarian Adam West in Spongebob.
That being said, he just sounds old, not ill, so I am all for this as a nice tribute/swansong for his take on Batman.

And to be fair, there was a ton of crap animation in the ’80s and ’90s too.

I am looking forward to the sequel and hopefully a Linda Carter Wonder Woman animated film.

I am glad to see that they are still putting this out.
