Outside the Anglophone sphere: What do American comics look like in your country?

In Portugal, when I was growing up, Portuguese publishers were mostly focused on French comics. We had to import Marvel and DC from Brazil, where all these comics were 64/80 pages and digest sized. In 1989, rights holder Abril launched a special edition with 260 pages, called Superalmanaque Marvel. For a while it was published twice a year, and reserved for special stories. This is the cover to the first edition. Yup, ROM was popular back then.
