Greetings. This is the second part of the synopsis:
Santini was released from her mind control contraption by an unknown mole within Cleopatra's syndicate. She rampaged through the underwater base, an act that somehow unnecessary for a supposed spy. She destroyed everything and attacked every henchmen she encountered, while avoiding more hazards like experimental laser beam gun.
Her rampage led to a chamber, where Cleopatra herself addressed her through a screen. She cajoled her to join her in her conquest plan. Santini, being a noble heroine, refused. Cleopatra then brought in a special guest: Mr. Karem, strapped to a table with a guillotine above his belly. Santini must join Cleo, or this man gets it. Angered, she shouted at the mad queen to do whatever the heck she wants, but she will never forgive her afterwards. She destroyed the screen, and ran off to search her hideout.
She searched the base for the queen, meeting the mole who freed her along the way. A woman. She told her to hide in a safe place while she hunted Cleopatra. She gained new diving gear, more advanced and smaller, used initially to protect herself from gas leak. She also encountered several robot mummies who escaped. This time she makes sure that she'll attack the head, which is the weak point. He brought the head with her, as an evidence. She then encountered Cleopatra, seemingly surrendering herself. She charged to attack, but she was electrocuted once again. She fell down, seemingly unconscious. Cleopatra then called the men to restrain her, and put her into the dungeon. They utilized a handheld tractor beam for that

But Santini just feigning it, quickly jumped to attack the men and Cleopatra. Cleopatra turned out to be a formidable fighter herself, actively trying to fend off Santini with hit and run tactic. Eventually, Clepatra escaped. Santini found an escape hatch. She then escaped with the mole who freed her. Mr. Karem found a way to escape himself, and went separate way to get himself out of that place. Santini returned to the base with infos and potential eyewitness.

p.s. We may agree that Santini needs to chill a bit. I somehow think that wrecking the base isn't the right thing to do, especially when she didn't have a specific target in mind.
