JJ Abrams writing seems like a bit of a stretch. Sounds more like his kid is writing it and he is just consulting on the plot.

Quite a few people are unhappy this this dude gets to write Spider-Man with basically no experience other than being JJs kid. I cant really disagree with that take. I know it’s the way the world works, but it still sucks.
