As the month of May approaches its finale, it's time for Previews! Chris, Ian and Murd run through issue 404 of Diamond Previews, DC Connect 24, and Marvel Previews issue 8 (vol 6) for books mostly set for July 2022 release. Guys you've got to let go of expecting modern comics to reflect Doug Moench comics of the 70s/80s. A modern reader, or indeed an old reader with their rose-tinted glasses placed on the sideboard, is going to find those comics racist and/or homophobic. Things like Shang Chi and Moon Knight were dated then in trying to channel the tone, dialogue and views of pulp novels from 40+ years prior.
There's a reason Moon Knight #1 opens with this warning on Marvel Unlimited.
