This is a project that a internet buddy of mine has created. He made this for his sone who has autism. I'm going to copy a small portion about what this project is about and the link.

"AH-BOO!" The Story Behind the Legends of the Boo-Monster

The Boo-Monster is based on my son, David, who lives his life with low-functioning autism. He is my best friend, greatest teacher, and, quite frankly, my whole world. So I felt it only fair that I create a whole world for him.

I thought this was a very moving and quite special project so I wanted to bring this to people's attention. Here's the link to the kickstarter project:

We deal with autism at home with my son. Three different doctors, four evaluations/screenings and each one with a different diagnosis. We decided that it didn't matter where he was on the spectrum and stopped with the doctors. We've had some rough patches but we are doing just fine. So this one hits close to home.

My friend is getting ever so closer to his goal. I so hope this becomes a reality for him because not only is he a good guy but I've seen the project and it's just so awesome. Something you can share with your kids and how awesome is that?

HE DID IT! As of now, Shawn has $5,015 and he still has 11 days to go. All he needed was $5,000. I am so jazzed that he was able to get this project off the ground. YAY SHAWN!

He's now at $5,540 with 124 backers. I can't wait to read this.
