Big time. Best show on tv. And that's going to be a great week, Breaking Bad and The Dark Knight Rises in the same week. Hell. To. The. Yes.

Can't wait! I was starting to wane in my love for the show in the tail end of season 3 and the first bit of season 4 but then the last 2-3 episodes of season 4 brought me back. It has gotten a little silly and far-fetched with a little less eye to super small details that they were 100% accurate on hitting perfectly in the early seasons but I'm hoping for great things. Really pumped to watch this again.

There are some brilliant devices and tiny clues and nods throughout each episode that for someone like me that watches and sees every detail and sound effect and they always actually matter to the point that I'm not sure I even remember a TV show or film that gets it so right down to that level. One that I loved was when they went out to Tuco's uncle's place the opening shot shows the car bouncing with glass shattered but in the dirt the bits of chrome/car parts are from a Jeep (I just know useless crap like that) so I was thinking that they just screwed up and tossed any old parts about when filming (which is something they usually don't get wrong and put the effort into in the show) and then near the end Hank enters the picture and pulls in, in his *Jeep*, boom! Perfect. It was like a million watt lightbulb going off and felt great to have any show put that kind of care and detail in which none do. Re-use of certain sounds to foreshadow events and even small quick scenes that seem insignificant or almost out of place that do the same thing. For people like myself that love that stuff this show is like the absolute jackpot.
