Cursed Pirate Girl - pretty but how's the story?

I haven't read Cursed Pirate Girl but I've seen enough images to know it's a stunning book. I pre ordered the HC on the art alone. I'm wondering if the story is any thing to write home about? I'm fine if this ends up being a book I just look at but I'm hoping it has a kick butt story to go with it.

I like the story just fine. It has a Lewis Carroll feel to it, though admittedly the language isn’t nearly as engaging. -

I also enjoyed the story. It took me most of the first issue to go into the mindset that I needed to be in, but once there, the world washed over me.
It very much had a "Adventures of Baron Munchausen" feel to it, which is always a big plus in my book.
I highly recommend it.
