The old forum used to have a sub forum for writing chat and I thought we might try to get some discussion going here. Any writers out there? Anyone working on any short stories, comics, novel, screenplays, epic poems etc. etc.?

Thanks @tommysheroes, I've been trying to get the writing rhythm going at the moment and was looking for a place to talk about it. Was thinking of starting a blog where I post pieces of things I have written so I can get used to having a deadline and get into a regular writing rhythm.

I've got a question for the ensembled masses, how do you keep yourself motivated? I'm trying to get myself on track at the moment but I've got a lot of distractions with work and the like lately. I find giving myself a schedule for writing everyday helps. What are the thoughts out there?
