Sounds like fun. Checked the list and they aren't even coming to MS. But then MS has very very few indy bookstores. The county I live in has no bookstores at all.
I wonder if they will continue to add dates, perhaps heading into the mid south? I hope so. I am sure that you will have tons of fun though WetRats, I am appropriately jealous!
I met him years ago. It was the height of the Sandman craze and there was a long line of Goths waiting to meet him. Being the only person in line with a tan, business casual cloths and a lack of product in my hair, I felt a bit out of place. Mr. Gaiman is a very nice man. He signed my Books of Magic and seemed very pleased to note that Charles Vess had already signed the issue he illustrated. Hope he comes back to town someday.

Spoke to him briefly after the second show.
He could not be a nicer, more sincere guy.
His story the second day, about his relationship with his father, had me weeping.
And women from 13 to 70 were swooning over him.
If you're in the Charlotte or Charleston, SC areas, there are still tickets available. Don't miss!
