She's briefly seen in the teaser. Also, this is a promo shot, not necessarily something from the film, so no reason a "bad guy" couldn't be hanging with the heroes.

Well, I think it looks fun. Not that I could ever pass up a movie based on Marvel cosmic.

Love baby Groot riding on Rocket's shoulder..opposite of how it normally is.

The movie has "a" Mantis...but not THE Mantis. Not sure why they gave her full-blown antennae, and not just the cool strands of hair she had in the comics. But hey...Hollywood knows better, right?

Which "THE" Mantis are you referring to? The Vietnamese/German warrior woman? Willow or Lorelei from DC and Eclipse? The Celestial Madonna? The betrayer of the Abnett/Lanning run? Kang's wife?

There's room in my world for different interpretations of a character. Lord knows I put up with it with Batman. Doesn't "bug" me in the slightest.

I'll see this for the visuals. Like the previous film, the production design seems to be referencing a lot of 1970's science fiction art. Got themselves a pretty strong Jim Burns/Chriss Foss vibe going on here.
