Shane - Glad to hear you landed on your feet after your layoff.
Pants - Sorry to hear about your furnace issues and your current "vampire like" hours!
And, of course, with regard to the 4th member of Pants' kooky quartet ...
I just wanted to chime in to give Chris my support and encouragement. Closing your business is undoubtedly one of the hardest things you'll ever do, but you are handling it with grace and maturity. Rather than passing the buck or assuming victim status as so many do these days, it's refreshing to hear you acknowledging your mistakes like a man and working hard to overcome them. In retrospect, I appreciate even more the Jack Kirby spotlight you researched and recorded this past summer, knowing now the kinds of things you were facing in your personal life with the shop. Thank you for taking the time to entertain a dork like me even when you were going through hell on Earth. Prayers for a helpful and hopeful outcome for you and your family, my friend.
Good to hear you again, @ShaneKelly. Glad things have worked out for you.

On the bright side, I sold my entire run (volume 7) right after Secret Wars. Now that the series has been cancelled, those same issues are garnering far less than what I sold the run for. And I still have it digitally (free) if I ever change my mind. Can’t delete digital comics from the app apparently.
Good times.
P.S. I know it's early but since Murd finished reading "A Christmas Carol" last year can he now begin reading the novelization of "Mad Max: Fury Road" every yuletide
