Evans was the only one to only sign for 6 after Marvel started the whole 9 picture deal. Obviously RDJ has a very different contract too, but his predates that strategy.
Marvel Studios has hired one of its own executives to co-write “Thor 3,” as former SVP of production and development Craig Kyle will pen the screenplay with longtime friend and frequent collaborator Christopher Yost, the company announced Wednesday.
Yost most recently co-wrote the screenplay for “Thor: The Dark World” with Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, from a story by Don Payne and Robert Rodat. ”Thor: The Dark World” is the third-highest grossing Marvel Studios film behind “The Avengers” and “Iron Man 3.”
Kyle has left his job as a Marvel executive to embark on a career as a full-time screenwriter. He recently signed with CAA for representation.
