The slobbering BTiLC fanboy in me wants this to be the greatest comic ever and is ecstatic we're getting this instead of Hollywood trying to remake it with Jonah Hill or some crap like that.
The aged comic-book cynic in me hopes they don't screw this up and realize the things that made the movie work so well.

I'm still sore about Moonstone's godawful Buckaroo Banzai comics.
Loved btilc movie but definitely a lightning in a bottle situation IMO. I don't believe it's something that can be recaptured or reproduced. Not at this time or in this format I don't think especially. When you think about it, the movie itself shouldn't even had worked lol.
